Cooking, etiquette, restoration, gardening, flower arrangement and technology workshops are very well received by all participants, since it not only favors interaction with other members of the center, but they retake activities that have been a part of their daily lives. These activities help them reinforce their self-esteem and stimulate the cognitive functions of memory and attention.
